A round brilliant centre stone ringed by six heart cut lab-grown diamonds, each set point-inward so the whole cluster reads as a single large flower — or, from a distance, as one enormous stone. Getting six hearts to sit symmetrically around a round centre with no gaps is the hard part; the cleft of each heart has to meet its neighbour's lobe exactly.
