Thank you for shopping at Tayam Jewellery! We want to ensure your jewelry pieces arrive safely and promptly. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
(Note: If your jewelry is custom-made or personalized, please allow [3-5] weeks for production before shipment).
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Within Australia)
We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post (or our selected premium couriers).
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days – Flat rate of $14.95 (or FREE for orders over $300).
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days – Flat rate of $19.95.
3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to valid delivery addresses within Australia.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
[No, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes due to courier restrictions.]
6. Address Corrections & Order Modifications
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. For security reasons and to comply with payment provider regulations (including Afterpay and PayPal), we are unable to manually change the shipping address once an order has been placed.
If you notice an error in your address, please email us immediately at admin@tayam.com.au. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel and refund your order so you can place a new one with the correct details. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel, refund, or redirect the delivery.
